PRESS RELEASEThe Search for Barrie’s Best Drummer is OnMonday, July 09, 2012 Do you like to dance to the beat of your own drum? If so, you won’t want to miss taking part in Barrie’s third annual interactive festival, Rhythmfest taking place on Saturday, August 11th from 10:00am to 9:00pm and an exciting new addition to the event.
Just Beat It! The Search for Barrie’s Best Drummer is being presented by Music Pro and BlahBlahBlah Magazine. This drum solo competition will give Barrie and area drummers the chance to perform for a panel of highly esteemed judges for a chance to win some great prizes!
Registration is limited and includes a $25.00 registration fee. Registration forms available online at www.barrie.ca, search “Rhythmfest”, at the Department of Culture, Music Pro and at Unity Market (25 Toronto Street). Deadline for registration is July 23, 2012.
