On Monday, May 16, 2016, a Public Meeting will be held pursuant to Section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997 (DCA), to present and obtain public input on a proposed Area-Specific Development Charge By-law and underlying Background Study. The proposed Development Charge By-law will replace the current Whiskey Creek Stormwater Management Works and Downstream Conveyance Works Development Charge By-law (No. 2011-096).
