Provincial Offences Fines

Paying Your Tickets Online

	In order to pay online for your outstanding Traffic Violations and other Provincial Offences Act Part 1 tickets only, please Click here.

Provincial Offences fines (e.g. Speeding tickets) may be paid (cash, cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card) in person at the Provincial Offences Office, 56 Mulcaster Street, Barrie or by mail (cheque or money order) to Box 460, Barrie, ON L4M 4T7.  All payments to be made payable to THE CITY OF BARRIE and must be received by the City by the due date.

To set a Provincial Offences trial date, sign Option 3 on the back of your ticket and return it to the Provincial Offences Office, City of Barrie, Box 400, 56 Mulcaster Street, Barrie, L4M 4T5.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for a response to your trial date.

If you wish to plead guilty to a Provincial Offences ticket with an explanation, a Justice of the Peace is scheduled every Monday to Thursday 1:15 to 4:00 p.m.,  at the Provincial Offences Office, 56 Mulcaster Street, Barrie.

Failure to pay your Provincial Offences Ticket by the due date may result in the suspension of your licence.

Parking Tickets

Parking tickets may be paid (cash, cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card) in person at the Treasury Office, 70 Collier Street, Barrie or at the Municipal Law Enforcement Office, 56 Mulcaster Street, Barrie, or by mail (cheque or money order) to Box 400, Barrie, ON  L4M 4T5.  All payments to be made payable to THE CITY OF BARRIE and must be received by the City by the due date.

Requests for trials for Parking Tickets must be made in person by attending the Municipal Law Enforcement Office, 56 Mulcaster Street, Barrie.
