Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Form

This form is to be used by individuals wishing to make an application to the Corporation of the City of Barrie for an Official Plan amendment or a Zoning By-law amendment. The application consists of 2 forms, Schedules A and B. Schedule A must be filled out by all applicants for an Official Plan Amendment. Schedule B must be filled out by all applicants for a Zoning By-law amendment. To ensure the quickest and most complete review, all information should be submitted at the time of making an application to the City. In the absence of this information, it may not be possible to do a complete review within the legislated time frame for making a decision. As a result the application may be denied.
