EVENT SERVICES

TICKET SERVICES

The Box Office operation and ticket sales are provided by TicketMaster Canada Inc. They provide all ticket services including printing, on an exclusive basis for all special events, at the Barrie Molson Centre. TicketMaster's computerized ticket management system will offer reserved seating, group ticket sales, telephone sales and computerized audits/reports.

LABOUR SERVICES

The licensee is required to use an inhouse labour service for production load in, set-up, rigging and load out. These professionals will work with you to provide safe and effective services that meet your event needs.  Labour services information and rates provided upon request. 

EVENT STAFFING

The Barrie Molson Centre provides inhouse ushers and ticket takers for all events.  A contracted inhouse security team must be used for concerts and other spectator events. All security deployments must be approved by the Centre's Facility Supervisor.

FOOD / BEVERAGE/ CATERING

Food and beverage service at the Barrie Molson Centre is provided inhouse by Georgian Hospitality/Casey's Bar & Grill.  For more information on Horsepower Sports Bar & BBQ Grill, please visit them on the Barrie Colts website at www.barriecolts.com

Please note that food and beverages are prohibited from being brought into the centre.

ICE DECKING

To host any event year round, the Barrie Molson Centre can provide insulated ice deck covering.

PROMOTION/ ADVERTISING

The Barrie Molson Centre provides a free listing of your event in our monthly calendar of events, on our events hotline and on our electronic board sign.  Advertising space is available at the Barrie Molson Centre. For information on advertising or lease call (705) 739-4220, ext. 6934.

INSURANCE

• The licensees must provide a certificate of insurance which provides five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance. The City of Barrie must be included as an additional insured.
• The Licensee covenants and agrees to indemnify and save harmless the City of Barrie from any and all liability to which the City may be subjected at the risk of any person or persons by reason of, or as result of the granting of the right, use and occupation hereby granted, or any act of omission of the Licensee as agents or servants in respect of such use and occupation.

OTHER

Event related items such as tables, chairs, staging, draping, barricades etc. may be rented at cost.
