- Full air-conditioned, disabled accessibility, patio areas, beautiful waterfront setting and view of Kempenfelt Bay
- Equipped with stove, warming oven, fridge and beverage fridge
- Southshore's hall is 61' x 65', for a total of 3,965 sq. ft.
2010 FEES:
$1,148.85/day - Prime Time - Friday, Saturday & Sunday $609.84day - Non-Prime Time - Monday - Thursday (PRICES EFFECTIVE UNITL JUNE 30TH, 2010 PENDING ENACTMENT OF H.S.T LEGISLATION)

Please call 739-4220, ext. 4515 for availabilty and booking, the following are some of the guidelines for hall bookings:
-
- 50% down is required at the time of the booking, and the balance is due 4 months prior to the event
- Damage Deposit - there is a $500.00 damage deposit required, which is to be dated the date of the booking
- Liquor Licence - the renter is responsible for their own bar tender and liquor licence. Copy of Special Occasion Permit and Smart server to be given to the City of Barrie one month prior to event
- Liability Insurance - Minimum 2,000,000.00 - Special Occasion Insurance
- Caterer - the renter is responsible for their own caterer, as well the renter can provide their own food
- No-Smoking - smoking is not permitted in any City of Barrie facility or surrounding outdoor City property
- Booking Times - Saturday & Sunday - 10 am - 1 am, Monday - Friday - 5:00 pm - 1:00 am
- Set-up/Take-down - the renter is responsible for their own set up and take down, as well as clean up
- The City provides the tables and chairs, however linens, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee urns, etc. are not provided
