Pay Your Tickets Online

Click here to pay online for your outstanding City of Barrie Parking Tickets.

Pay Your Tickets in Person

Parking tickets may be paid (cash, cheque, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card) in person at the Finance Office, 70 Collier Street, Barrie or at the Municipal Law Enforcement Office, 45 Cedar Pointe Drive, Barrie, or by mail (cheque or money order) to Box 400, Barrie, ON L4M 4T5. 

All payments to be made payable to THE CITY OF BARRIE and must be received by the City by the due date.

Requests for trials for Parking Tickets must be made in person by attending the Municipal Law Enforcement Office, 45 Cedar Pointe Drive, Barrie. 

Provincial Offences Fines

Pay Your Tickets Online

The City of Barrie, in partnership with Royal Bank and Teranet, now offers a secure and convenient service for payment of your traffic violations and court fines online by way of credit card.

Just click here and follow the instructions.  It's just that easy.

 You can use this service to pay most fines issued under the: 

  • Highway Traffic Act
  • Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act
  • Liquor Licence Act
  • Trespass to Property Act
  • Other Provincial Acts
  • City By-laws (other than parking tickets)

Note:  This service is for payment of Traffic Violations and other Provincial Offences Act Part 1 tickets only. Visit services.barrie.ca to pay a City of Barrie Parking Ticket.

Pay Your Tickets in Person

Provincial Offences fines (e.g. Speeding tickets) may be paid (cash, cheque, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card) in person at the Provincial Offences Office, 45 Cedar Pointe Drive, Barrie, L4N 5R7 or by mail (cheque or money order).  All payments to be made payable to THE CITY OF BARRIE and must be received by the City by the due date.

To set a Provincial Offences trial date, sign Option 3 on the back of your ticket and return it to the Provincial Offences Office, City of Barrie, 45 Cedar Pointe Drive, Barrie, L4N 5R7.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for a response to your trial date.

If you wish to plead guilty to a Provincial Offences ticket with an explanation, a Justice of the Peace is scheduled every Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the Provincial Offences Office, 45 Cedar Pointe Drive, Barrie.

Failure to pay your Provincial Offences Ticket by the due date may result in the suspension of your licence.
