Assessed Value of Commercial
& Industrial Properties

Assessed value of commercial and industrial properties as a % of total assessed value of all properties is one of 3 key performance indicators relating to the Growing Our Economy priority, one of five priorities outlined in City Council's 2018–2022 Strategic Plan.

Why this Measure Matters

This measure of commercial and industrial property value as a percentage of total assessed value in Barrie demonstrates a healthy mix of business and residential property. This measure is a World Council on City Data performance indicator.
