Key Responsibilities

Linear Infrastructure Projects Branch

  • Project management of projects involving assets within the right-of-way (eg. Roads, Water mains, Sanitary Sewers, and Storm Sewers, sidewalks), culverts, stormwater management facilities and parks
  • Detailed design of renewal projects involving roads, water mains, sanitary sewers, and storm sewers
  • Contract administration and site inspection of construction involving roads, water mains, sanitary sewers, and storm sewers

Vertical Infrastructure Branch

  • Project Management of Projects primarily involving treatment plants and pump stations
  • Technical support for construction involving treatment plants and pump stations

Developer & Special Projects Branch

  • Project Management of Developer (“D”) Projects involving Roads, Water mains, Sanitary Sewers, and Storm Sewers
  • Project Management of large and complex linear projects
  • Contract Administration and Site Inspection of construction involving Roads, Water mains, Sanitary Sewers, and Storm Sewers

Water Operations Branch

  • Operation and Maintenance of Surface Water Treatment Plants, Water Supply Wells and Well Treatment Systems
  • Operation and Maintenance of Pump Stations, Water Towers, Transmission Watermains, and Water Distribution Systems
  • Installation, maintenance and inspection of water meters, remote reading devices associated with the AMI system
  • Locate services for municipal infrastructure

Wastewater Operations Branch

  • Operation and Maintenance of Wastewater Treatment Plant
  • Operation and Maintenance of Pump Stations, Trunk Sewers, and Sewer Collection systems
