Notice of the filing of a complete application pursuant to
sections 34(10.7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, in respect to a
proposed amendment to the Zoning By-law for lands located at 53, 55, 59, 61, 67 Owen Street, 70-74, 76, 78 Worsley Street and 55, 57 McDonald Street.
NOTICE that as of Monday December 11, 2017, Barrie Owen Service
Inc. has submitted complete applications to amend the Zoning By-law.

The proposal is for a 6-storey mixed-use podium building
with two residential towers above; an eight 8-storey tower at the corner of
Owen Street and McDonald Street and a 20-storey tower at the corner of Owen

date. Notification of the public meeting will be included in the Barrie
Examiner, mailed to property owners within 120m (400 feet) from the subject

Anyone can attend the meeting to share their views about this matter; however
written submissions are encouraged and should be directed to Legislative & Court Services.
