The purpose of the Master Plan is to identify the existing drainage deficiencies, develop drainage solutions to address the deficiencies, reduce flooding, resolve public safety concerns and improve maintenance opportunities throughout the City.  The study area encompasses the entire City (excluding the Salem and Hewitt’s Secondary Plan Areas, and the Sophia Creek watershed and Mulcaster drainage area).
