Engineering Records
Engineering Records Requests
Effective January 2016, the City has an online business process for completing Engineering Record Requests. To acquire Engineering Records, please complete the Engineering Records Request Form and submit, along with any associated request area map location files, to:
Engineering.Records@barrie.ca
- Please be sure to add only one area request per form. Once your completed Records Request Form is received, staff will add your information into our Engineering Records Request Index, assist you with this request for records, and inform you once the records are ready to view and purchase.
Please note this index allows for records assistance on a first-come first-served basis, and it is the City's our mandate to respond to engineering record requests within ten business days.
Engineering Records Submissions
After receiving approval for the records from City Project Managers, the
Engineering Records Submission Form must be completed and all digital and mylar records should be provided to Elise Langdon, Project Technician.
Please note submitted records must comply with the City's:
-
As-built Drawing Submission Processes
-
Record Submission Standards and Guidelines
-
Records Naming conventions.
All the details of these digital and mylar record submission requirements are outlined within the
form. If not in accordance with these requirements, the form cannot be accepted by the City.
