development applications. There are several ways for you can participate in the planning and development process:

We're currently reviewing our Official Plan, and Planning staff will be hosting a number of sessions in order to understand how you envision the future of our city and what you think our priorities should be as we manage our continuing growth. Staff also host events in connection with major planning studies into specific topics (such as affordable housing and downtownDetails ar revitalization). Neighbourhood Meetings about proposed developments in your area.
Notices are sent to residents living within 240m (787ft) of the subject property. In addition, upcoming Neighbourhood Meetings are promoted via the
community events calendar,
e-bulletin to residents within the ward, Twitter and Facebook.
Public Meetings for development applications in order to have your say or to ask questions.
