Development Review Process
This proposed development, from applicant Innovative Planning Solutions on behalf of Fennelwood Corp. is currently within the Pre-Consultation Stage of the
Development Review Process.
The proposed Official Plan Amendment seeks to amend the land use designation from ‘General Commercial’ to ‘Residential’ and the Zoning By-law Amendment seeks to amend the existing ‘General Commercial’ (C4) zoning over the lands to ‘Residential Multiple Dwelling Second Density’ (RM2). The proposal would facilitate the development of 5 street townhouse dwelling units.
