16-storey Mixed-Use Development with 132 residential apartment units, ground floor commercial space, and underground parking. The proposed application is seeking a Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zoning from General Commercial (C4) and Residential Multiple Dwelling First Density (RM1) to Mixed Use Node (MU1).
