Development Review Process
This proposed development, from applicant Innovative Planning Solutions on behalf of DataTamer Inc. c/o Michael Lato is currently within the Pre-Consultation Stage of the Development Review Process.
The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment seeks to amend the existing ‘Residential Single Detached Dwelling Second Density (R2)’ zoning over the lands to ‘Residential Multiple Dwelling First Density (RM1)’.
The proposal would facilitate the future development of a semi-detached dwelling, with each of the two (2) dwelling units located on separately conveyable parcels.
