Innovative Planning Solutions, on behalf of Wynstar Bear Creek LP, has submitted a zoning by-law amendment application to change the number of units and the built-form permitted in the existing Residential Mulitple (RM2) zone. The site is approximately 4.49 hectares in size and located on the north side of Ardagh Drive bordered by the extension of Summerset Drive. The proposed development would include 218 back-to-back townhouses and a 90 unit apartment building for a total of 308 residential units.
