Innovative Planning Solutions, on behalf of Wynstar Bear Creek LP, has submitted a zoning by-law amendment application to change the density and the built-form permitted in the existing Residential Mulitple (RM2) zone. The site is approximately 4.49 hectares in size and located on the north side of Ardagh Drive bordered by the extension of Summerset Drive and environmental protection lands. The proposed development would include a 6-storey 90 unit apartment building, 64 block/stacked townhouses and 156 back-to-back townhouse units for a total of 310 residential units.
