Development Review Process
This proposed development, from applicant Barrie-Bryne Developments Limited is currently under review for an Official Plan Amendment, Amendment to the Zoning By-law and Plan of Subdivision.
The proposal is intended to facilitate the development of 743 residential units and approx. 48,000m2 of commercial/industrial GFA. The overall design of the subject property includes the extension of Bryne Drive, a park, two stormwater management ponds, and blocks to protect the existing natural heritage features. The existing hydro easement and the Highway 400 road widening are also accommodated in the design.
