R.G. Richards & Associates on behalf of North American (Park Place East) Corporation and the Faris Team has applied for Site Plan approval for a proposed development at 443 Bayview Drive in Ward 8.
Remove Hold (H1-102)
The application is to develop an office building on the subject lands, at the southeast corner of Bayview Drive and Churchill Drive. An office use is permitted in accordance with the existing Light Industrial (LI)(SP-408)(H1-102)(H2-103) zone.
To faciliate development on these lands, an application to remove the Hold provision is required. This application has been received and is pending approval in coordination with the remainder of the lands now known municipally as 447 Bayview Drive, as well as consideration for future Park Place development. A Traffic Impact Study is required to remove the Hold. This study is attached below, and has been approved in principle by City Staff and MTO.
