The City is organized to deliver these services under two divisions — Community and Corporate Services, and Infrastructure and Growth Management — and three strategic portfolios, with a focus on Council’s key priorities. In addition, an Executive Management Team (EMT) is comprised of the Chief Administrative Officer, general managers of each division, and executive directors of the three portfolios.
