This project improves road service along Mapleview Drive East (Country Lane to Yonge) for current and anticipated increases in traffic volumes as development continues in the area.
The south end of Madelaine Drive will remain closed for safety reasons while some watermain and electrical conduit work is being done in and around the Madelaine Drive and Mapleview Drive East intersection. It is anticipated that this work will be completed within the next week and a half and Madelaine Drive will be opened back up during the week of June 10.Lanes on Mapleview Drive East will remain open, however there will be no access to/from Madelaine Drive onto Mapleview Drive East during the closure period. There will also be detour signage in place to direct motorists around the Madelaine Drive closure and residents will still have access to their properties via Country Lane.
