​Queen’s Park B Neighbourhood Reconstruction

Queens Park B Neighborhood Renewal Program (NRP) includes the reconstruction of all infrastructure and roadways in the Queens Park Neighbourhood. The neighbourhood and infrastructure was initially constructed in mid 1950’s and many aspects of the roadway and infrastructure are reaching the end of their life and require replacement.

The project includes road reconstruction, watermain replacement, sanitary sewer replacement, sanitary lateral replacement, storm sewer replacement and upgrades, local drainage improvements, sidewalk replacement/installation and street lighting upgrades.

  • Thomson Street - Wellington St. W to Sophia St. W
  • Sophia Street W - Parkside Drive to Eccles St. N
  • Florence Street - Sophia St. W to Park Street
  • Park Street - Eccles St. N to Toronto St.
  • Parkside Drive - Ross St. to Dunlop St. W
  • High Street - Park St. to Dunlop St. W
