Classes are streamed live via Zoom as outlined:
If you are having difficulties hearing the audio from the virtual class/program, please ensure that the volume on your device is turned up and not muted. If you are still having issues with the audio, we recommend using the “Chat” feature in Zoom to communicate to our instructor and staff to adjust the volume accordingly.
If you have followed all the necessary steps to access the virtual class/program (i.e. creating a Zoom account, registering with the same email as your Zoom account, and installing the Zoom application), we recommend the following:
All of our
virtual fitness classes are in a webinar format meaning everyone will only see and hear the fitness instructor. Participants are encouraged to use the chat function to provide comments or ask questions during the class if they would like.
For virtual programs, we strongly encourage participation in the program with your camera on, but mic muted (unless speaking) to minimize background noise.
The 45-minute virtual fitness classes offer a variety of workout intensities using minimal equipment. Please refer to the individual virtual fitness class descriptions for detail.
Programs for children under the age of 16 are expected to have a parent/guardian in the room or within earshot for the duration of the program. Staff may ask children to confirm that their parent/guardian is in the room. Upon registration, a parent/guardian phone number is required in the event that staff need to contact them.
