No. All of our
virtual fitness classes are in a webinar format meaning everyone will only see and hear the fitness instructor. Participants are encouraged to use the chat function to provide comments or ask questions during the class if they would like. For
virtual programs, we strongly encourage participation in the program with your camera on, but mic muted (unless speaking) to minimize background noise.

The 45-minute virtual fitness classes offer a variety of workout intensities using minimal equipment. Please refer to individual
virtual fitness class descriptions for detail. |
Are parents/guardians required to be present during the virtual recreation programs? | |
Programs for children under the age of 16 are expected to have a parent/guardian in the room or within ear shot for the duration of the program. Staff may ask children to confirm that their parent/guardian is in the room. Upon registration, a parent/guardian phone number is required in the event that staff need to contact them.
