Meet, Move & Empower
With support from
Jumpstart's Sport Relief Fund, we are offering a new youth program this fall.
This program combines the best of fun, friendship, and physical activity. Each
week Black, Brown, Asian, Indigenous, and Multi-Racial Girls will enjoy a
variety of COVID-19 friendly mentorship and physical activities that empower
them to live a healthy, active lifestyle. Activities will include group
discussions, dance, yoga, soccer, traditional Indigenous games, and more.
Instruction is adapted to individual needs. Participants may be divided into
junior and senior groups upon arrival
All activity themes are subject to change.
A 1 to 6 participant to staff ratio is provided. Inclusion one-to-one support is available at no extra cost for
separate registration. External support workers and assistive equipment are welcome.
COVID-19 protocols (e.g., masks and social distancing) apply for this in-person program.

Weekly Activity Themes
Participants may be divided into two different groups based on age and ability to do certain activities.
