Submit service requests, receive real-time updates, be notified when a service issue has been resolved, apply directly online for pre-approved payment plans, and much more!


Phone lines are monitored Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (excluding holidays). If you are calling with an after-hours emergency (e.g. watermain leak, environmental spill, etc.) please follow the prompts.​

Payments for invoices, bills, and property taxes are also accepted through the drop boxes located at the front and back of City Hall (Collier Street and Worsley Street entrances).
