Mental health problems: what happens after the age of 65?
Statistics have it that one in four Canadian seniors has a mental health issue and there is growing evidence that the incidence of mental illness is increasing in older adults. Research has also shown that family members experience less stress and feel more encouraged about caring for their relative and themselves when they understand mental illness and how to cope with difficult situations. Join us as Arleta Armstrong from the Canadian Mental Health Association shares tips and tricks on this topic.
