About the Proposed Development

​The proposal under consideration includes a multi-residential condominium development consisting of 50 townhouse units and six (6) Affordable Housing units. The units are to be three stories in height with frontage on a private road that would connect Foster Drive to the north and Little Avenue to the south. To accomplish this proposal the owner/applicant is required to submit a Zoning By-law Amendment Application and Draft Plan of Subdivision.
