About the Proposed Development

The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment seeks to rezone the subject lands, adding special provisions to the existing Central Area Commercial Zone (C1-2) to permit the development of a 32-storey high-rise mixed-use building with 258 residential units, 1,272m2 of ground floor commercial space and 228 parking spaces.
