A digital waterfront parking permit is required to park for free at specific waterfront areas. The Spirit Catcher, Simcoe Street Lot and North Marina parking lots are hybrid lots, with rates consistent with waterfront parking rates (enforced 24/7/365); the waterfront parking permit is not valid in these lots.
