The project involves installing a dedicated trunk sanitary sewer along St. Paul’s Crescent, Yonge Street and Big Bay Point Road, from Mapleview Drive East to the Lovers Creek trunk sanitary sewer.
The new trunk sanitary sewer is intended to:
- Divert flows away from the existing Esther Drive sanitary sewer.
- Service projected growth within both the Esther Drive Sanitary sewershed and the Hewitt Secondary Plan Area.

The project 60% detailed design was received. Internal stakeholder reviews have been completed and provided to the design consultant (Ainley Group) for consideration.
