Community Gardens Outdoor spaces on designated public lands where residents meet to grow and care for vegetables and flowers, and gardeners pay a fee to register and rent their own plot. Dog Off-Leash Recreation Areas Residents can exercise and socialize their dogs off-leash in a protected environment, without being in contravention of municipal by-laws. Commemorative Program Residents and visitors are welcome to donate a commemorative bench, commemorative tree and stone, and/or a parkland native tree.
