This program takes place in the Allandale neighbourhood in which on-street parking is not permitted 7am–9am on weekdays. You must live within this area to obtain a permit.

A photo card that identifies the cardholder as a person (the applicant) who, due to their disability, needs to be accompanied by a support person and is unable to use Barrie Transit’s conventional public transit service independently.

Required for students to get a Student Pass and must be completed in full by the school's administration office.

The City of Barrie does not accept or process birth certificate applications. Parents may submit registration through ServiceOntario.

Every boarding lodging & rooming house (small or large, new or existing) must be licensed by the City.

Provides funding to stakeholder organizations offering within Barrie that provide a new or enhanced community-based initiative to support at-risk children, youth, and young adults through prevention/intervention of the root causes of violence including weapons and participation in gangs.

Different types of building projects require specific permits prior to starting any work. When the permit is issued, construction can commence.
