Four main beaches on the shores of beautiful Kempenfelt Bay are regularly maintained by the City:
- Centennial Beach, 65 Lakeshore Drive
Lifeguards off duty for the season as of August 30, 2024 - Johnson’s Beach, 2 Johnson Street
Lifeguards off duty for the season as of August 23, 2024 - Minet’s Point Beach, 10 Lismer Boulevard

Parents and guardians are always reminded that children require direct supervision at the beach. Always practise water safety.
At Centennial Beach and Johnson’s Beach, where lifeguards on duty, signs are posted behind each lifeguard chair to communicate when lifeguards are on duty. Swim buoy lines and drop-off markers are anchored out from the beach. The swim buoy lines mark the designated swimming areas recommended for swimmers.
