Significant weather event declared over in Barrie

(Barrie, ON) Inresponse to the winter weather and significant snowfall in our area, the City of Barrie declared aSignificant Weather Event on Monday, January 17.

As of 3 p.m. on Wednesday, January 19, the Significant Weather Event is declared to be over. Starting now, the standard timeline for road and sidewalk winter maintenance will begin.
