TAKE NOTICE that The Corporation of the City of Barrie intends to permanently close and sell a portion of the highway described as Part of Lot 12, Concession 14, designated as Part 1 on Plan 51R-41994, known as Foster Drive, and being Part of PIN 58902-0031 (LT), City of Barrie.
Corporation of the City of Barrie Council will consider passage of a By-law to permanently close a portion of the highway described as Part of Lot 12, Concession 14, designated as Part 1 on Plan 51R-41994, known as Foster Drive, and being Part of PIN 58902-0031 (LT), City of Barrie, shown as Subject Property on thissite map during a Public Meeting on Monday, March 2, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at Council Chambers, City Hall, 70 Collier Street.
The Corporation of the City of Barrie has declared the subject property surplus and subject to Council approving the closure of the Subject Property as highway, intends to sell the Subject Property.
