AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that Council of The Corporation of the City of Barrie, after the publication of this Notice for at least one time in the Barrie Advance, at its regular meeting to be held on June 7, 2021, will consider the sale of the Subject Property described as Part of Block B, Plan 1400; City of Barrie; County of Simcoe being part of PIN 58750-0096(LT), designated as Part 3 on 51R-42267 and shown as Subject Property on the site map below.
