TAKE NOTICE that The Corporation of the City of Barrie is proposing to rename a portion of the highway known as BRYNE DRIVE and described as PART OF BRYNE DRIVE PLAN 51M-401 EXCEPT PARTS 3, 4 & 5 51R25790; PART LOTS 25, 26 &27 PLAN 51M401 BEING PARTS 13 & 14 51R25790; BLOCK 42 PLAN 51M401; PART OF BRYNE DRIVE PLAN 51M401 PARTS 6, 7 & 19 PLAN 51R25790; CITY OF BARRIE, being part of PIN 58733-0149 (LT) and all of PINs 58733-0147 (LT), 58733-1022 (LT) to HARLEY COURT.
AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that Council of The Corporation of the City of Barrie, shall consider a motion for this renaming of this highway at its General Committee meeting to be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 70 Collier Street, Barrie Ontario on October 9, 2024 @ 7:00 pm.
If you wish to make a submission concerning this matter, you must make a written submission to the undersigned by September 27, 2024.
