TAKE NOTICE that the Notice of Intent to Designate a property municipally known as 125-127 Dunlop Street East as a property having cultural heritage value or interest is hereby withdrawn as a designating By-Law could not be passed within the prescribed timelines.
A new Notice of Intent to Designate will be re-issued to re-start the process of designating this property.
