Effective November 12, 2025, the APLI system has been updated with new processes for uploading and downloading permit documents.
A tutorial guide is available in the “How do I?” section (under the Resources tab) in APLI:
We want to ensure that building permit applicants understand the new process. It’s important to note:
- The name of the tab in APLI has changed from ‘Documents’ to ‘Attachments’.
- All document uploads, regardless of the stage you are at in the permit process, are to be submitted using the Submission Package tab.
