The City is replacing four existing retaining walls along Sunnidale Road, extending 120 metres west from Wellington Street West. These walls are located in front of residential properties, spanning between driveways. The structures have reached the end of their service life and exhibit significant deterioration. A structural assessment confirmed the walls require full replacement.

Affected Services

Sanitary sewers, water, hydro, telephone, cable TV, and gas services should not be affected by this work, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Access Impacts

Vehicle access to properties within the project limits will be provided at almost all times during the work.
