TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the City of Barrie intends to consider passage of a by-law, pursuant to Section 48 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as amended, to name seven (7) private streets
The seven (7) street names pertaining to the private roads for the proposed residential development are located on the lands municipally known as 664 and 674 Essa Road, and legally described as Part of Lot 4, Concession 12 (Innisfil), being Part 3 on Plan 51R44991, City of Barrie, as shown on the Proposed Private Street Name Map attached to this notification
If you wish to make a submission concerning this matter, you must make a written submission to the undersigned by June 5, 2026.
