Attention Ontario knitters, crocheters, weavers, and fibre-lovers! Save the date for the **2026 Fibre Spirit Festival**!
Fibre Spirit is a one-day festival in Barrie celebrating all things yarn and fibre. You’ll find hand-dyed yarn, project bags, notions, tools, and accessories for knitting, crocheting, spinning, felting, weaving, and more!
This year’s festival is Saturday August 29th, 2026 from 10am - 4pm at the Barrie Curling Club in Barrie.
Shop from 40+ local vendors, enjoy a fashion walk, and take part in hands-on workshops led by fibre experts. A must-visit for fibre lovers!
Tickets are $5 at the door and will be available online soon. Classes will be announced shortly.
There’s free parking on-site and in the nearby Essa carpool lot. Kids under 12 are free when accompanied by an adult.
