Schedule ‘C’ Municipal Class Environmental AssessmentThe City of Barrie is undertaking a Schedule ‘C’ Municipal Class Environmental Assessment to identify long-range multi-modal transportation and streetscape improvements to support planned growth. The study is focusing on two specific areas: the Bradford Street corridor and the intersection pair of Tiffin Street/Bradford Street and Tiffin Street/Lakeshore Drive (see study area map).Public Information Centre No. 1

The first of two Public Information Centres (PICs) is being held on January 27th, 2022, to introduce the study and gather community feedback. An information package will be posted on the project website located atwww.barrie.ca/EAstudies on January 25, 2022. The package will present the study scope, existing conditions, problems and opportunities, alternative solutions, early design concepts, and next steps.

If you do not have internet access, the City’s Public Libraries offer free internet access. Alternatively, hardcopies of the presentation will be made available at City Hall (1st Floor, Planning reception) for two weeks following the PIC.
