The washrooms are open seasonally, 7am–7pm daily (including holidays). Approved vendors may be on site to provide high-quality mobile food services in the park.

The Johnson's Beach parking lot was reconstructed in 2025 as part of the City's Parking Lot Improvement Projects.

Tents or sunshades are not permitted at beaches and waterfront parks for safety, and to maintain sightlines. Umbrellas supported by a single pole are welcome.
