Adopted Motion

That staff in the Infrastructure and Growth Management Division (or Operations Department) undertake a operational review of winter operations given the significant snow fall this past winter and report back to General Committee before the end of August 2026 with recommendations for improvement ahead of the start of the winter season and the review should include input from Enforcement Services regarding how many times cars can be ticketed before a tow occurs during a winter event. (Item for Discussion 2.3, May 13, 2026)
