About the Proposed Development

A Zoning By-law Amendment has been approved for 22, 28 & 34 Vespra Street and 97 & 101 Bradford Street to re-zone the subject lands to Central Area Commercial-2 with Special Provisions, Hold’ (C1-2) (SP-693)(H-177).  Special provisions reduce the parking requirements, minimum commercial coverage and landscape buffer requirements and increase the maximum gross floor area and building height.

The zoning amendment will facilitate the development of a mixed use building comprised of a 5-storey podium and a tower to a height of 36 storeys and containing 462 residential units and 374 square metres of ground floor commercial/retail space.
