You will learn how to manage self-care while improving your mental well-being using some really practical tips. This series of workshops is offered in collaboration with the Barrie Community Health Centre. This 3rd workshop will address the unique challenges older adults face with life challenges. It is designed to provide you with tools to increase overall mental wellbeing through self-care management. What does self-care look like in older adulthood?
