This project includes full reconstruction of Mary Street from Ross to 80m north of Dunlop, and full depth asphalt removal and replacement from 80m north of Dunlop to Dunlop.
Infrastructure on Mary Street is in poor condition and approaching the end of their useful lives. This is coupled with capacity deficiencies, outdated construction standards, and related work in the immediate area; Mary Street was identified for full right-of-way reconstruction. Full reconstruction includes sanitary/storm/water mains and services, road base, asphalt, curb and sidewalk.
