About the Proposed Development

The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment seeks to amend the existing Transition Centre Commercial-2 with Special Provisions (C2-2)(SP-480) Zone that applies to 145 Bradford Street and to re-zone both 145 Bradford Street and 48 Ellen Street from General Commercial (C4) to Central Area Commercial-2 Zone with Special Provisions (C1-2)(SP-XXX).  

The purpose of the application is to facilitate a future mixed-use development with five towers ranging in height from 51 to 61 storeys connected by a 11-storey podium with a total of 1,793 units, including 359 affordable units, commercial uses at-grade, a hotel, restaurant, and parking garage
