About the Proposed Development

The proposed Amendments to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law seek to re-designate the site from Medium Density to High Density and to re-zone the site from Residential Multiple Dwelling First Density (RM1) to Apartment Dwelling Second Density-2 (RA2). The intent and purpose of the applications are to permit the future development of a residential building with a height of 30 storeys and 285 residential units.
